Role purpose:

Accounts Admin Assistants assists in administrative or clerical duties. They may answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, receive and sort mail, and any other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

  • To check and correlate supplier invoices.
  • To process bills using Receipt Bank.
  • Uploading invoices and bills to Xero.
  • Filing and organisation of papers.
  • Processing sales invoices.
  • Correlating statements.
  • General administration and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Aiding with any other accounting duties.
  • C or above GCSE Maths & English is essential
  • Have excellent use of Microsoft word and Excel.
  • Must be detail orientated and able to carry out repetitive tasks.
