Kickstart Role – Business Development Assistant

Contracted Hours: 25 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Hours may vary between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Hourly Rate: National Minimum Wage based on age.

Role purpose:

We are looking to grow our ever expanding team by adding 3 business development executives.We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working individuals with a passion for business development to work along side our industry experts.

Within this role you are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging the clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Planning and preparing presentations.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
  • Providing management with feedback.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
  • Familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Good communicational skills.
