Contracted Hours: 25 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Flexible 25 hours per week during normal office hours (Mon – Friday 09:00 – 17:00).

Hourly Rate: National Minimum Wage based on age.

About us:

Olwg was established in 2020 on the realisation that if urgent action wasn’t taken, there was only 8 more years of emissions left before the remaining carbon budget was used up.  ‘Shovel ready’ solutions with high ‘technology readiness’ and viable business cases are the only ones that can be implemented in time.

Olwg is a small independent company offering unbiased clean energy solutions using our in house smart screening tools. As we grow we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to provide general admin support across the team as required.

What you will be doing:

  • Answering telephone calls and forwarding on messages.
  • Managing calendar appointments and meetings.
  • Keeping our online directory up to date.
  • Monthly accounting reconciliation.
  • Invoicing.
  • Formatting documents for issue.
  • Assisting with marketing in the local area.
  • Testing our prototype software tools.
  • Maintaining our internal management systems.
  • Upkeep of company SharePoint system.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • GCSE’s in maths, english and science.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team and individually.
  • Comfortable discussing issues so that they can be acted on quickly.
